My truck buying experience was great! No hassle, no pressure and I was treated very well. The sales and financing departments were very helpful and professional. I didn't get the feeling of being pushed in to buying something that I didn't want. it was definitely one of the best new vehicle buying experiences I have ever had. I will be a repeat customer.

The staff is very cordial, professional and does quality work.  I am very pleased with the work performed on my vehicle and certainly will return again; and I absolutely will encourage others to bring their vehicles to Champion Cadillac.  My vehicle was purchased out of state so I was in a quandary to which dealership I should take my Escalade.  Upon researching reviews from previous customers, I chose Champion.  I am pleased that I did.

With 71.5-K miles on my 2010 Traverse, it was time for another oil change  and the complementary 30 point safety inspection.  Anticipating  some summer vacation driving ahead I opted for the recommended fuel injector cleaning, as well as a a transmission and radiator flush.  I dropped off the car Thursday night and it was ready, as promised just before noon on Friday.  I asked for the shuttle and they were at my door within 20 minutes and drove me back to the dealership.  The pricing for all of the services was actually less than the local drive in oil change shoppes and it was done by certified GM mechanics.  Great job, as usual.  Thanks Champion.
