Went to this dealership to possibly purchase a new vehicle in my area.  We had an offer written and had agreed on a price.  After being approved for credit at a great rate the sales manager came back and said we can't sell the vehicle for the price they told me.  I have friends who are salesmen and this is not the correct procedure.   If you tell me you can do a certain price do it.  Not happy with the experience and will not do any business with this poor dealership. The only plus was the very courteous salesman Rick.

My experience with Tri-Cities Chrysler Dodge Jeep was great.  I live in Boone, NC, which is about two hours away and did not want to waste a trip.  I can say with 100 percent confidence the drive was worth it.  I was quickly paired up with Ricky Leonard to help with the purchase of my Jeep Grand Cherokee.  Ricky was most helpful, honest and attentive to our needs.  I returned to the dealership a couple days after the purchase was complete to pick-up an order for floor mats.  Ricky immediately greeted me.  He was again a pleasure to work with.  I will definitely return to Tri-Cities and refer any friends or family that are in the market for a new car.

Skippy was great to work with.  We told him what we could afford and he and Nick went above and beyond to find what we wanted at a price we could afford. They didn't try to hard sell us on something out of our price range and even offered to have a vehicle brought from North Carolina if we couldn't find something on their lot. Tim in finance was great too. Everyone was very friendly and helpful

Great service from Rick and the team. Came in looking for a car and walking out with a better car than what we come looking for. They done everything to put us in a car and made sure we was happy.

My husband and my 18 month old daughter drove 2hrs to view/purchase a car we had been working with Piper on for 2 days. When we arrived at the dealership we were told they were going to sell the car to an employee. My husband had verified the car's availability multiples times, including the hour before our arrival. They were more than happy to show us an irrelevant car that cost thousands more, and they were unwilling to do anything to make the situation right. After confronting them about their lack of morals, they had the nerve to tell my husband that he was the one picking a fight. They are a great example of a culture of ZERO integrity, accountability and responsibility in their own words and actions. Avoid this slick talking, disgraceful place at all costs.
