The quality at this location is on a downward spiral. Ordered food today, and the first thing I noticed was there was no cup for my fries - just a handful thrown into the bag. Looked past it, because no big deal. THEN I get to the last piece of my burger and noticed a hair in the onions! No excusing this.

I got the salted caramel bacon milkshake. The taste was good but hardly any bacon and the milkshake wasn't thick at all. It was very soupy. I ordered fries and they were well over done/cooked. I had noticed when I got home, didn't feel like going back to the store.

You can never go wrong with a Five Guys meal! My Fries... just a little too over cooked, but still ok to eat without complaining. But it was lunch and they were busy so some exceptions are to be made. My bacon cheeseburger was awesome. Coke machines are always fun to use. Many ways to drink a soda. Nice people with friendly service. But did notice a table was messy at the door. It stayed that way for a bit too long. Otherwise... pretty clean. Food was fast. AND! This Five Guys has a outside dinning area with an awning. Very nice! I ate my lunch today out there. Was fabulous. Pretty good music too.

I love 5 guys but this time around has me reconsidering ever going back. Unfortunately, the prices aren't quite worth it anymore at $13 for a bacon cheeseburger. The manager who took my order made me feel like I was bothering them, and didn't smile even though i was smiling at him. Lastly they forgot the grilled onions and 2 other toppings on my burger.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have eaten better food at CookOut and for less than half the price! Never coming back! Promise! ‍

We both order the bacon cheese burger and shared a larger order of fries.  The burger had good taste, reminded me a bit of my own cooking.  My wife wasn't impressed as much, she actually told me she would prefer a Big Mac. The fries were very hot good but super salty.  So you'll probably want a drink... It's a bit confusing because all meals come in a paper sack, which makes you feel like they want you to leave. Everyone was polite. Tables weren't very clean, staff was heavily focused on cooking.  They were fairly busy for around 9 PM.  This also gave the impression they didn't want you hanging around. Expensive in comparison to almost all other burger places in the area, unless it's more of a dining atmosphere. The two burgers, large fries and two drinks was north of $30 after tax.

The quality has really started to go downhill. They ran out of bacon, and then I clearly asked for mayo, lettuce, tomato, mustard, grilled onion, and hot sauce on the burger? I got hot sauce. Their burgers are way too expensive for them to forget pretty much every topping.

We really like the fries; they are always hot and fresh!

Food is great but VERY pricey, which is why I don't frequent it often,  a burger alone is $10.Food: 5/5

Another national chain that has let their standards slip this chain used to be my favorite burger place they continue to raise the price on the menu and the service continues to go downFood: 2/5
