I'm in Portugal and had to make appointments online for 5 family members because they ask to many ridiculous questions and my family had problems filling it out. It's an appointment  name, appointment time, birthday is all you need make it simple for our older generation having to do this online is hard enough. If you guys have time to be on here apologizing to people you have time to pick up a phone and make appointments. Especially now that a lot of our Portuguese citizens are concerned about being in the USA.

As a Notary  Public, people call me for answers because they cannot call the Consulate direct. We desperately need assistance on how to fill out certain forms that come from Portugal without instructions and even if they have instructions people that came from there with College Education cannot figure them out. If you're short of people please hire more people so we can get the service that we deserve as Portuguese citizens. A direct contact number would be greatly appreciated.

Extremely difficult to reach someone by phone or email. They should post FAQ's for commonly requested services.
