Very unfriendly and inconsistent.  I do give it one star for one of the employees that was out in Aurora who was helpful. Sadly, when I went back home and had to deal with a certain female employee and then her supervisor, they were unwilling to help and actually berated me and put me on hold numerous times- but the supervisor actually didn't know how to put the phone on hold, so I heard his whole condescending conversation about me with the other employee and then also had to sit through overhearing his personal phone calls about with his friend about what he was going to have for lunch.. a 20 min call I waited through as he described as an "emergency" when he finally came back. 

I guess it's not common for anyone to go into bureaucracy because they want to help people, but some of the employees here definitely do not want to help us Koreans who are in America.. We are just an annoyance apparently.

밑에 유타주에서 어쩌구 하시는 분...  저도 이날 유타에서 영사관 서비스 받으려 기다리다가 봤던 기억납니다. 미국 시민권자이고, 아들들 군대 빼려고 엄청 이것저것 물고 늘어지시던 그사람 맞죠? 그러면 안되죠. 영사관에서 온 사람들, 그날 식사도 못하고 땀뻘뻘 흘리며 상담하고 일하느라 고생 많이 하던데... 애들 군대 안보내려고 억지 쓰고 고집 부리는것 까지 모자라,  그거 안받아 준다고 평범히 일하면서 봉사하는 사람들까지 싸잡아 욕하면 안되죠. 타지에서 우리 한국 국민을 위해 봉사하는 사람들한테... 미국 시민님... 좀 우리 성숙해 집시다.

오늘 유타주 솔랙에 새로오신 영사님이 방문하셨다 영사님을 돕는 사람2명이 있었는데 한명은 여자분이고 한명은 젊은 남자인데 이사람 영사와는 태도가 전혀틀리다 권위적이고 불친절하며 경망스럽다 국민을 무슨똥개로 생각하는것 같은 태도를 보인다. 새로부임한 영사는 낮은태도를 보이며 잘해볼려는 의지를보인다 그런데 이젊은 남자양반은 지가 영사보다 더 높다고 생각 하는것 같다. 아마 낙하산 인가 세상물정모르는..... 쯧쯧쯧
