I reserved a car for this location via Expedia. I called the location directly two hours prior, to confirm the reservation and time, and was assured they'd have our car.
When we arrived they had no cars. "We can call you when one comes in" was their solution. "They usually start arriving before noon". Not very convincing, I thought, and we left for another car rental company...

The best customer service I have ever dealt with in any industry.  No exaggeration. Especially Tammy, mainly worked with her but everyone else there is great too. I had a month rental and had to switch cars, credit cards, etc etc -about 5 times in that month.  Phil
