Our BRAND NEW property is conveniently located 5 miles from Memphis International Airport and 9 miles from Graceland. We offer clean-modern spacious deluxe guest rooms, free continental breakfast, and free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Our guest rooms include a mini-fridge, 40 inch flat panel satellite TV, HBO, ESPN, desk with lamp, and alarm clock radio.

Take advantage of our extremely comfortable beds and relax while saving money year-round with our Kids Stay Free Policy (11 and under in parent's room). For your convenience our hotel is a completely non-smoking facility. Pets are welcome, restrictions and charges apply. We are located off US 78 and Lamar Avenue, near attractions such as Graceland Mansion, historic Beale Street, and Memphis International Airport.

The rooms here were so awesome i didnt want to leave. The shower was beautiful and amazing water pressure. The cleaning staff has done an amazing job keeping everything spotless. I loved it here.

Displeased guest, I've stayed at the same America's best inn three times and the first two times were ok. The only bad things at those times were that there were no microwaves in the rooms, and the breakfast offered was only oatmeal, cereal, and muffins. This third time is last time that I'm gonna stay at ANY American's best inn. When I get to my room ready to lie down after a good shower from a long day of working. I get to my bed and pull back the linen to find hair AND food crumbs in the bed!!! I was disgusted and highly upset!!! I immediately told the lady at the front desk, and she was glad to help. The ONLY plus side of this filthy bed situation was the lady at the desk; she was very sweet, understanding, and didn't hesitate to give me fresh linen. I didn't get a chance to get her name but she handled the situation VERY professionally. If it helps her employer the time was around 8pm 10/25/17, she should be recognized in some way for a job well done..!

The hotel rooms were clean and updated and the front desk clerks were nice. The driver of the van was rude, ghetto and dress code was dirty and wrinkle. He talked on his cell phone while driving and played offensive music at an intolerable level. He started an argument about waiting because I went to throw something in the trash can as my bags were being put in the back of the van. The worse part of the stay were the towels and bath cloths. They were dirty and dingy even the second set I went down to request because of the ones in the room. Its like they don't use industrial strength washing ingredients nor bleach. At $85.00 a night and with the truck driving academy using this location frequently I feel purchasing new towels is a necessity....

The rooms were nice, normal size. Parking was fine. The onl thing I didn't like was the part of town is a little run down and doesn't feel safe, but my overall experience was pretty good. Friendly staff as well.
