Your customer service (Elo Boost) sucks. They didnt want to hear my question and keep repeating whatever they want to. Thanks Sergio for the most awful support.

Update. Had a reservation for entire week but the office is closed at the time of my arrival. Called them to change the pickup the date to the next one and apparently they dont have a vehicle for the next day? I had a vehicle reserved for that period of time and the only change I wanted is to shift the pickup time from Sun evening to Mon morning. Nope. Cant do it. Whether leave it as is and pay for the day I wont be using it or cancel it. I guess will cancel and never get back to these guys.

Rented there a year ago. Looking to rent again and won't use them even though it would hypothetically be more convenient. Waited for an hour because they decided to shut down the office for a while. Then wouldn't give me any actual 4 door car, even though I was supposed to get one. Definitely didn't get treated like the long standing corporate Avis First customer that I am. Avis might want to consider revoking the franchise license from these guys.

Absolutely God awful experience. Couldn't get my information to process on their 20 year old computer and turned me away empty handed right as all other places closed.

Will never deal with this location again. Rude and kept referring to unwritten rules.

Pretty sure they sold my phone number because I started getting phonecalls from car insurance salesmen 2 days after using them.
