Located next to the hotel we stayed at was a major convenience.  Staff were very efficient at helpful.  Great rate.  New clean car.  Everything went smoothly as planned.

Worst experience I ever had , I was Avis preferred member so when asked if there is any upgrade available . Front desk person named Russell was very hostile , he almost shouted at me & told me that he will take back car keys.  So I had to cancel my existing full size car & book for SUV . The ford escape car given to me was not in good condition with 20K+ mileage & bluetooth didnt work . When I told that I need to talk with avis customer care he didnt even bothered .

Russell (owner) is the best! This is my goto spot for local rentals because of how accommodating and generous he is.

Dropped off 2 cars, 6:03pm. The two lovely people people working, I wish I had got their names, stayed open and were patient and helpful with us. Couldn't have been more professional. Thank you!! :-)
