There all day. Nice staff. Sold me a car and the transmission blew out 4months later at 50,000 miles. Told me they couldn't do anything or have anything do to it, go to the dealership. Won't have my car back until January from it being in the shop in November. Still paying car note of over $200+!

My husband and I were interested in a Taurus that they said they had on their lot. We went though the pre approval process and were told we were approved. My husband works late but he got off early too get to the dealership. Not only did they not have the car on their lot. The requied $100 down to hold it. We changed our mind the same evening so we called the unpleasant salesperson we were given Terria Conwell. She said she would credit us and it would appear in 7-10 days. Not only did we not get our credit I had to call the dealership and a check had been sitting there for over a week. When I spoke to the manager he said they forgot and there was nothing he could do. They had no problem taking my money. I am so angry that i intend on telling everybody I know. Shame on you Drvetime Highland.

I had been to previous car dealerships and they drive me through the ringer. I came here on a whim and my experience was superb. Hector Ocampo and James Turners on were very open, honest and straight to the point. They got me financed quickly and in and out of there with an hour and a half. I'm super happy with my purchase. Great staff and customer service.

Drivetime is awesome for young people with low credit and no cosigner I been with them for two years and just financed another car. Chris is awesome & will do everything possible to make you get what you need!! Thanks Drivetime!!
