My overall experience was fantastic! The entire staff was pleasant and very friendly. Mitch was my salesman, he was very knowledgeable, very personable and his customer service skills are unmatched. I left that day with my very first Mercedes, and I'll be returning in about 3 years for the next one.Wilson and Brian were also very helpful, Brian is certainly well versed on the Mercedes brand. Thanks Mitch!

I was told the washer fluid container had to be replaced because it was cracked and leaking. The car recently was in an accident and that piece had been replaced. So, naturally, I went back to the body shop (Gerber). They took my car and tested overnight (pressure, etc). The next morning, I came in they showed me there was nothing wrong with it and it need not be replaced. 

I went back to Mercedes, spoke with the manager, Mike Maum, and informed him the situation. He said he wanted to take my car and show me why they thought it was leaking.

I wonder, would they have done the same thing had I said yes to them changing it in the first place? Or, would they have just taken my $699.97 plus tax and continued with their claim that it was leaking and they had to change it?

Nick Garvey was outstanding to work with.He made the buying experience very comfortable and enjoyable.
I have bought many cars in the past and dealt with numerous individuals and Nick is by far the most knowledgeable regarding Mercedes products.Orland Park dealership as a whole was great!.
Good people to do business with,will definitely be back for future purchases and services.

Worked with Nick in sales who was very friendly and knowledgeable.  Great service. They even offered to come a nearby restaurant where we having dinner to drop of a form we forgot to sign!  Pricing was good also.

Loved my car shopping experience at Mercedes of Orland Park. Everyone is so friendly and professional. Nick Garvey is a fantastic salesman and a great guy. He even came to my house and set up my garage door opener. He definitely went above and beyond!!!  Wouldn't buy a car anywhere else.
