We just purchased a 2017 Ford Explorer from Gino. He took great care of us and worked together with the rest of the Joe Rizza team to find us the exact vehicle and color we wanted. The car was delivered and had heated seats installed within 48 hours and we could not be happier with our decision to buy our first family car here. Great experience!

Just purchased a new 2017 Commercial Ford Van to replace our old one. We have been in the market for a while until we met Bob Rawson and George Kraft. They not only found us exactly what we needed but got us something even better for an amazing deal. Thank you Joe Rizza and the rest of the staff for making this a very pleasant experience.

I took my Ford F-150 in July 2017 for service on several issues I was experiencing while it was under warranty. Techs and advisers told me that no issues were found. A couple months later, the one of the issues I was having came back but this time my truck was out of warranty. I took it back to Rizza Ford and they were able to find an issue with my vehicle. Now that the car was out of warranty, I was to pay for the repair out of pocket. They agreed to split the cost with me, but since the issue was present before hand and now that I'm out of warranty I have to pay does not make any sense to me. I tried to speak to several members of the Rizza Ford management but to no avail as they make it very difficult to communicate with anyone. It seems apparent that customer service and satisfaction is not of significance to them. I would highly recommend to AVOID Rizza Ford at all costs. They are more interested in how to make money off of you rather than supporting their customers.

Excellent. Highly Satisfied. Service Manager Brad is the most down to earth, helpful person. Always puts his customers first. Thanks for making servicing my vehicle easy and affordable.

I went with my husband yesterday afternoon to look at a used SUV. We told the salesman, Al, up front our budget. He said thank you for being up front with your budget. He showed us a SUV $4,000 over our budget but promised he would work with us with the price. My husband and I left the dealership after a little more looking around. When we got home we went online to look up the SUV we were interested in and saw the same exact vehicle online for $4,000 less than the salesman, Al, quoted us. I was very shocked that he lied to us about the price. A little later the same day my husband and I wanted to go back to dealership to test drive the vehicle to see if we really liked all aspects of the SUV. When we got there, we wanted to give Al another chance to be honest with us about the price so we asked him again what the price was. He responded the same amount, $4,000 more than the online price. We were so disappointed/disgusted that we were being lied to straight to our faces. So we continue with the whole process of test driving and so on. We get into his office. We ask Al again how much for the car, he quoted us the same price which was $4,000 more than the online price. My husband finally told him why is he quoting us $4,000 more than the online price? He seemed very uncomfortable ​and went to get his manager. His manager, which I forgot his name, said the online price is a memorial day sale price and that they would honor the price anyway. But we told them​ no cause we didn't trust them after being LIED to several different times throughout our visit in the price. I will be advising all my friends and family about my experience with Rizza Ford in Orland Park that they are dishonest people working there and not to go there to buy a car. The salesman didn't even try to make it right after he lied to us. By the way, their is no advertising for memorial day sale on the website. So I think the manger is lying to us too. They just lost a good and loyal customer. We will never buy from Orland Ford dealership.
