Went there not expecting much, but after meeting Pat and Denise we left with a new car. Great people, nice comfortable atmosphere, no pressure, and they REALLY take care of you. I wish there were more starts to give!

I liked the "laid back" approach of the sales person; she said what she needed to say about the product(s) and obtain the information she needed for her records;  but there was no pressure.  She was very professional personable and knowledgeable regarding the Acura brand and products.
 I definitely recommend Denise as your sales professional ; this was the best car buying experience I've had and I have bought many new cars in the past.

I didn't feel pressured or uncomfortable. The salesman, Gerard, was very relaxed and easy to talk to, and didn't push about financing, cost, or trade-in. This was totally different from my three previous experiences, each at a different dealership. Omar was very helpful in understanding the finance and flexibility, and advised on needs based on my vehicle for the future (warranties, GAP, etc.) without pushing those. Omar was knowledgeable and personable; a definite asset. They truly look out for you as a customer, rather than another wallet. The internet sales contact, Alyssa, was a sweetheart and very attentive and prompt. She was a pleasure to meet in person! For my first car purchase, I could not have dreamed of a better experience or result. Thank you for my making my JKU dream come true!

Great customer service.   Bought a used car there.  3 months later, it still purrs like a kitten.  Jack Bader is an outstanding mechanic in their service department.
