After much research, we finally purchased our retirement vehicle, that being the RX350. The experience could not have been better. However, we were somewhat overwhelmed with the various apps and technology. As a result, we would often pop in, seeking tutorials. Tommy Lynch, sales consultant, has always made himself available, and has taken the time and patience to make sure all of our questions are been answered. Tommy always made us feel comfortable and  assured us that we could feel free to contact him for any future assistance. Thank you again, Tommy,  your patience with us and knowledge is much appreciated.

I came to the dealership with my Lexus is250 for an airbag recall expecting to receive my car just the way I brought it to them. My Lexus however is not an ordinary is250, mine has a completely custom fiber glass front end. There maybe less than 12 in the U.S currently. I have receipts and paperwork to show it was around 2500$ for my front bumper setup. When i came to pick my car up (they had my car for a period of 24 hours) it was crashed from the front bumper and the side that was hit was hanging loose. There was stress cracks on the side where it was pulled after hit. They did not even put a new tie back to hold the bumper how it was. At the same time I asked for a diagnostic check which was 100$ and they did not charge me so I knew something was fishy. It seemed as if they tried to quickly hurry me out of the dealership to not see the damage. I caught on to the damage and the dealership agreed to fix it at their shop, but my bumper is a whole custom job that requires it to be done by the person that hand made it in the first place. I brought the dealership an estimate of how much the repairs will cost at the person that is capable of doing a job like my bumper. Kevin Stratton the service manager completely ignored it and got up and left. They were not wiling to work with us at all, but  they definitely  had no problem crashing my car.

I have had nothing but excellent experiences with buying cars from this dealership. Our salesman Tommy Lynch is the best and makes car buying easy and hassle free, As well as our finance guy Mike! Both make the process of car buying fast and fun. My husband and I purchased a car for us and I have referred my two sisters and mother whom all have bought cars from him making it a total of 4 cars purchased in less than a year. 5 cars total purchased from this dealer and we are beyond satisfied with each one! They don't sell junk! I totally recommend them for your future car and see Tommy! He's the best!

Three Cheers for a great sales team led by Tommy Lynch! We just bought a Lexus RX350 - beautiful, sleek, and of a glowing black "caviar" color. The experience lived up to our expectations gathered from 2 decades of interaction with Lexus of Orland. We had bought 3 others before this. What made this time even more special was Tommy Lynch. He was our Sales agent and he made the entire process smooth, hassle-free and even enjoyable. He was patient, courteous and very, very knowledgeable. Wonderful man! Of course Kevin Martin, the Sales Manager was great as usual - and we had dealt with him for our previous car - and he almost seems more a friend than a business associate by now. This time, Tommy took extra care to explain everything about the car and prepare car papers beforehand so we did not have to spend too much time on paperwork at all. Dale was quite patient and was handy with all kinds of technology tips and information necessary for me to drive out with the car. And the car, what can I say - it drives as smooth as silk.

What a laid back and enjoyable experience. I could not be happier with my purchase. Marek, my sales rep, was more than helpful during my search for a new car. He was patient, accommodating and considerate of my preferences and style. When I finally came to my decision, the Orland Park Lexus Team made my purchase experience easy, simple and quite pleasant.
