I went  to community Honda looking for a certified slightly used 2017 Odyssey because it had a great price online. I ended up getting a better deal on a brand spanking new 2017 Odyssey!! Stefan the Sales guy was unbelievably nice and friendly and answered all my questions and he never seemed sleazy like some other sales people who try to swindle you into other things. The sales manager Susan gave us a great deal on the new van and they even paid off my trade in. They offered me a great price on the van, a great APR, and the finance guy Bill was really nice. No BS from anybody there, they were great to work with and I will be a customer of there's for a long time. Great job community Honda

Cars in 7 years and still going back.   Yes the service department is slow.  Its because they do a great job and worth the wait.  Sales team is no nonsense no hassle group that will take care of you every step of the way.

I scheduled an appointment because it sounded like my pads and rotors needed to be replaced. When I got there, the associate told me it would take 1 hour to complete the diagnostic. It took 3 hours. He then said it would take 2 hours to change the brakes and rotors. After 3 hours passed, I went back to see what was taking so long. There, I found my keys just sitting on a guy's desk. When I asked him about it, he said they had been there for twenty minutes, and no one had come to get me from the waiting area. NO ONE apologized for this.

It should not take 6 hours to change my brakes, ESPECIALLY when I schedule an appointment for it. It's unacceptable, and I doubt I'll ever go back to Community Honda for service (which is a shame because I've experienced much better service at other Honda dealerships over the almost 20 years my family has owned Hondas).

Would never come do oil changes here anymore. Super laid back. Takes for ever. Been waiting for at least an hour or so just to have checked in

Had a great experience!  Our service guy, Bob, was extremely thoughtful and helpful! We will continue to use Honda Services for future auto repairs.
