At Hertz JFK very often you are asked to complete an online survey - for which you are given a ride to the terminal - no problem glad to do it.  Hertz at JFK does a great job being prepared for your arrival (good service) love it ....let me say that Rose is a wonderful lady who drives you back to the terminal, she's gracious and so much fun to talk to - and Janis at the gate when you drive out - she's always welcoming, funny and helpful 2 of my faves at the JFK location.

Thanks Hertz JFK - great job!!!

I really hate giving reviews before completely  experiencing the service. The speed at this location is not quick by any means. 

The person I finally got was friendly and the process in checking the car was smooth

I had a really bad experience at Hertz JFK airport Saturday night after midnight. I made a booking and then called into customer service to confirm that the vehicle will be available the confirmation was positive. I then went to the location the woman at the counter was immediately extremely rude and said that she isn't feeling well and couldn't help me and there are no cars available. I requested for a manager to which she replied there are no managers. After I kept on insisting a guy claiming to be a manager eventually came. His name was Shenerro He as well was extremely rude and advised me that since the reservation wasn't made 24 hours in advance he cannot give me a vehicle. After cursing at me and being extremely rude he said that they have a minivan available but if he gives it to me he will have to charge me more as it's a higher class vehicle. After the way he spoke to me I was extremely upset and walked out without a car. I have since called and spoken to a manager at the location who has promised me a letter of apology but I'm yet to receive that.

If you are a Gold Circle customer of Hertz this is the place of your dream.
For normal customer the waiting time can be s little but too long as not always all the counters are opens.

Excellent the drop off.

Took the air train here. Got the car I wanted, and it all went through smoothly/ No small hidden letters (So far). It took me 5 minutes to return the car. Perfect solution if you fly from JFK.
