Cotis was amazing he picked me up from the collision center and he had the most awesome personality. He was professional and fast and detailed! In a frustrating situation. He was able to ensure we left with smiles! Definitely stop here if you have to get a rental. Isiah was also of great support and assistance. Thank guys!

Reserved a large SUV when our family SUV broke down in the middle of the night. Arrived first thing in the am to find no full size SUVs available. Told it was a problem with the "system". Agreed to a smaller SUV (no choice, it was the day of my daughter's wedding). Tried to use a credit/debit card and found out I could not since I did not have 2 utility bills on my person and my license was out of state! Again told the issue was the system and that it would actually charge my debit card twice if I used it.  Was not at all pleased and will not be using Enterprise again sadly. I hope they get their act together.

Worst experience of my life. They have my friend the complete run around for our rental at the Cartersville, Ga location. They told us "they made a mistake" about what documents my friend needed if she flew in out of state. They sent us to the ATL airport for help. We called ahead to make sure an itinerary could be used for rental. They said yes. We had to get an Uber here which took over $30. They were rude right off the bat and would not give us a rental. We asked for the branch number and they refused to give it to us. We have been stuck at the airport for over an hour and had to cancel our hotel in savannah which still charged us for cancellation. No one showed any concern. They just laughed and carried on about their day. Absolute WORST service I've ever had.

It was great until I noticed the over charges on my credit card. Then upon going in to my local location and received the worst service ever in my entire life. Meaning your employee threw his hands and says "I don't know how else to explain it." And walked up luckily a coworker stepped in and tried to smooth it over cause I almost turned irate. Future note no I won't be returning nor recommending anyone.
