These useless bastards. Avis has me pay for a car otp, drive 45 minutes to get the paid for car and show up here to NO CAR. No one here was surprised and could not have been more indifferent if I had requested a Hippopotamus. Not only was there no car, but there were others in line before me, to get the next two or so cars to show up. Literal thieves.  Literally like talking to a wall. Everyone there just looked down like a battered woman and had no answers. Very inhuman.

I rarely write reviews but this warranted one. The staff seemed like they've never heard of smiling before and appeared to hate their job. Avis tried to charge me for 20 days because of a miscommunication from my insurance company, instead of verifying with before running my credit card. The only manager for the entire store was out of town, my issue was brushed off, and I was directed to 1-800 help center (which wouldn't have changed my situation, according to the staff). Though it wasn't necessarily Avis' initial mistake, they made no effort to help, and they exacerbated the problem by not checking with me about the reservation dates. DO NOT RENT A CAR HERE!

Everything was fine when I checked the car in. Got home to find out that I was charged almost $700.00 for a lost key.....the same key that their employee used to check the mileage  on the vehicle before she gave me my receipt.  Would never use them again. Horrible thing to do to someone.

Quick service, good cars, and a pleasant attitude. Plus, it's the cheapest rental car service I've found in Atlanta.

DEPLORABLE EXPERIENCE! DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT waste your time or money!  RENT FROM HERTZ OR BUDGET, OR ANY OTHER PLACE BUT AVIS! 

This company does not deserve the 1-star rating I had to give it.  I received a confirmation text message and email stating that my vehicle was ready for pick up at the time and location for which I reserved it.  However, 10 minutes before my confirmed pick up time the agency tells me that my vehicle will NOT be available for pick up for nearly an hour and a half AFTER the scheduled time.  I was offered a reasonable price adjustment on the cost of my rental for the inconvenience, which needless to say was NOT honored.  This company does not value customers nor do they exercise quality customer service or courtesy.  The customer service agents are either rude or do not speak coherent English.  The location representatives are incompetent.  Consequently I will NEVER rent from Avis again, nor will I encourage anyone to support this company.  I hope that this review offers some insight into the type of quality and service Avis offers the community.
