Reviews

First time using this rental company.  Shuttle drivers were very professional, courteous and properly dressed.  Building was clean and plenty of room inside for bags while checking out.  Clerk was talking so damn fast had to ask her to repeat herself multiple times.  It's all good though.  Car was clean and new.  Return process was the easiest ever and shuttle driver was right there ready to take me back to the airport.  Great experience overall.

I was a little nervous about using this company because some of the reviews I read were sort of mixed but I was pleasantly surprised from the moment they picked us up at the airport in their luxury Mercedes shuttle van. When we arrived to the office airport lot, which was very nearby the airport, over 90 percent of the cars are ones that I would consider to be high-end luxury vehicles. The Volvo S 60 they put us in was very nice.  The rate that we paid was extremely inexpensive and about what I would pay for a standard car somewhere else but you end up with a much nicer vehicle with this company. The entire experience with them from beginning and it was great. Also they did not push you superhard for upgrades like some of these companies do.

Absolute worst rent a car company I've ever worked with. I rent vehicles all the time from all of the main rent a car companies. This time I needed a vehicle around the holidays so I tried this sixth place because of the nice cars and prices. Big mistake 1st I paid more than I usually do. Also they keep billing my credit card months after I returned the vehicle. Both bills wasn't valid and had to contact the main office numerous amounts of time to try and get my money refunded to my credit card!  These people are almost impossible to get a hold of and will try and keep your money by any means necessary. i do not recommend this place to anyone. Better off going to Hertz, Avis or Enterprise seriously! Check out this letter that they sent me because they billed my sun pass and credit card please read so you don't have to go through the same thing.

Everything was very smooth. Pick up was quick and easy with no hassles. The car was awesome and nicer than I expected with navigation and great safety features. Drop off was a breeze and the shuttle was waiting with open doors to take us to the airport. Literally took less than a minute. We jumped out of the car and into the shuttle. The best part? The price! Invoice was as expected with no sneaky charges. Thank you Sixt Tampa!

Be Aware, the look like they have the Best Prices for a kinda sorta on/off airport property car rental place but the fees are still as high or higher than airport but they lack the convenience of walking off the plane. 
Watch out for Late fees - they will charge you an extra day plus taxes and fees if you are 1 minute of the one hour grace period. 
You can not make a reservation with a credit card over the phone
You can not extend the rental with a credit card over the phone. 
You can not get a hold of the location in Tampa on the phone easily
 If you do get a great deal, you will pay the same price in fees, you will be forced to pay for a new rental if you want to extend your rental at the new higher rates and you will have to drive to the location because they can not take a credit card over the phone.
