Highly recommend this office! Airport rentals were all full and got exactly what I needed here. I took suggestion on arrival to upgrade to an Infinity SUV - best rental I've ever had. Jacob provided outstanding customer service. I try to exclusively use Enterprise for both personal and work rentals and have always had outstanding service and superb cars. Thank you again for making my week-long Florida trip a better one with a great car.

When we arrived to pick up our van they did not have one available even though I had reserved one 3months prior. They gave us a Jeep and a small car to use for the same price. The Jeep windshield wiper broke on the driver side so when it rained you could not see to drive. I went to the local enterprise dealer in a different city and they were not the least bit helpful. They said they had no other cars and that I could go to another place about 1 hr. away to see if they had one. (note; it is pouring down rain and I can't see to drive). I SLOWLY drove home and the next day called another rental company which did not have any cars. We needed a car to drive to the airport that day. I again checked the local enterprise dealer and low and behold an SUV had just been turned in that morning. I find it hard to believe they didn't know that the night before when I had asked them for a car. it was too much trouble for them to redo my contract and so I had to rent the SUV on another contract. 
I was contacted by the Tampa enterprise dealer to see how my rental went. I told him the story and he nicely took something off of the original rental but said he would look into the other problem but I have not heard back and it has been a week. I don't feel like I should have had to have rented ANOTHER car on top of the ones I had already rented. It ended up being a very expensive venture. Not sure I will try enterprise next time.

This Enterprise Rent-A-Car is one of the best rental car agencies I have dealt with.  I called the location several times and each time was helped in an efficient and friendly manner.  All of the reps I dealt with were friendly and they asked me questions about my trip, not just the rental, which made it feel more personal. 

I was able to get the car I rented within 10 minutes of showing up, and the return was just as quick and easy.  The car I wanted was slightly dirty on the outside and had some dings on it (which don't bother me, it's a rental), so they offered to clean it or get another car.  I didn't need all that, but it was a nice gesture.  Seemed like they were willing to go out of the way to make me happy, which is not always the case at rental car agencies.

The specific rep that helped me (wish I could remember his name, but he was a stocky young man with light orange hair and an outgoing personality) was courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable.  His efficiency and positive attitude (both picking up and returning) helped relieve some of our stress of traveling and getting to the airport on time.  We were very appreciative of his demeanor and professionalism.

After this great experience, we will never rent from another rental car agency in the Tampa area.

I had an experience with this Enterprise on a very busy Thursday. I had been in a car accident which left my vehicle totaled the previous week and using Enterprise was the way for me to get to my family and around town for school and work. Ryan was incredibly helpful, patient, courteous, and flexible with my needs as well as the needs of the other customers in the lobby and on the phone. It seemed like a madhouse and yet he handled the busyness phenomenally. I would recommend this location a million times to any of my friends. Thank you Ryan for being so helpful in such a stressful time in my life and your management team for training and supporting such a strong company representative. He truly made my experience amazing.

Very simple process and the staff is amazing. I would definitely recommend this location when renting from enterprise. Will be coming back next month to get another car so I can travel for the holidays.
