Bad bad and bad, use other company, we were out of town and they never told us they close at certain time, basically S.O.L., they act like oh well, thanks for ruining Disney trip!! P.O.S

Outstanding service, great rates, worth the cab ride from the airport.  We landed in St. Pete's and dropped the car off at Tampa without the extra fees.   Very pleased.  Enterprise will be my first choice.

Heidi and the staff are great.  I was directed to them by Audi of Clearwater as they were out of loaners.   Heidi took great care of me and quickly placed me into a freshly cleaned vehicle.  Later that afternoon, she called to be sure that I was satisfied with the vehicle.  Exemplary customer service.  

I would certainly utilize their services if ever in the need for a vehicle.

I would like to say that I was with my friend whom was renting a car yesterday and the gentleman who helped her was so professional and friendly and helpful not just to her but to every phone call and the people that were there when we arrived. His name is Robert Lee. He is a gem and you are very lucky to have him with your company. It was a pleasure to have met him and we will be back.

Pick up service was atrocious! I was told i would be picked up at 10am , this location opens at 730am and i was told the earliest i could be picked up is 10am. As if that wasnt inconvenient enough, i was picked up extremely late, over an hour late! This caused me to be late to my job as i needed a rental car while my car was in the shop. Called multiple times and was told ohh the driver is on the way yet within a hour of waiting no driver arrived. Do not use pick up service if you have time restraints they are not considerate of your obligations and their pick up service is extremely flawed.

 One pissed off consumer who will get a big fat tardy on his employe record due to incompetent service from Enterprise
