Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. They took the time to find a car that fit my needs. I did have to call but was quickly assisted.

This place is horrible and deceitful. They didn't explain the charges and would make any changes I requested due to 'system limitations.' Never rent from here.

Staff is almost never in attendance. Very few number of cars available when you can actually manage to get hold of someone. Location is definitely no convenient unless you're flying in and out of Boeing Field Airport. No waiting area unless you request some help from the adjacent Flight School (Galvin Flight Training - wonderful staff!). Do yourself a favor and rent from some other Hertz location.

Please don't waste your time going to this location. I have had a bad experience by driving there no one in the office, waited 15 minutes later he showed up with only one very dirty car with no other choices. Bad customer service

Somewhat difficult to find, no rep in attendance when we first arrived, then they showed up. Upon drop-off, office was closed during normal business hours so we just dropped of the car.
