Awesome quick service by the staff. The vehicle wasn't ready at my pickup time but they quickly accommodated my reservation to a different vehicle free of charge. 
One thing they could improve, the vehicle was clean on the outside but not on the inside. It did have a smell of cigarette and I was offered a different vehicle but I had no time to change/inspect the vehicle. At the time I returned the vehicle the service was quick. I rent for this location frequently and I always receive top service.

Highly recommended. They were very nice and welcoming. Since they didn't have the car size I reserved so they gave me a free upgrade.

I will start this by saying I originally had a pick up date on Friday that I missed due to traffic. I called early Saturday morning to see if something would be available for me and I was told to wait and check back around noon when other guests would be returning cars. Due to the fact that I am under 25 I was told I could not rent vehicles of a certain size for "liability" reasons but I was encouraged to come and wait for a smaller vehicle to be returned. I paid 20 bucks for cab fair to arrive 30 minutes before closing only to find nothing but large vehicles that I was not allowed to upgrade to. While the staff was pleasant about it (hence the second star) they told me I could not rent from them and to contact their sister store. The other store, who had smaller cars, rescheduled my pick up for the following morning due to the fact they were also closing at 1pm. But, I am confused as to why they wouldn't send me there instead? I called BEFORE arriving to see if they were expecting smaller vehicles and I was told there was no gauntee. Again, I can understand this. But a simple step of initiative from the staff, or them telling me to contact the other store myself BEFORE I took my trip could have saved me cab fare, my delayed trip, and the HOUR walk/train/bus commute back to my grandmothers

Had some customer service issues at this location, they ended giving me an upgrade to smooth things over.
