Great experience here. Really painless with both renting and returning. Fast and clear with the transaction. Also, they were very gracious with a small complaint I had. I would definitely rent from them again. Also, they were the most affordable for my timing.

I told the guy i would pick up the car at 6 but i might be like 5 minutes late because of the traffic he said its ok then i called at 5.55 to confirm that i am gonna be there 6.05 but he said i can turn around and go home because he cant wait 5 minutes for me to pick up the car. Just ridiculous and i asked to talk to the manager he said he is the manager like you guys really dont know how to provide customer experience

Great they were so kind and fast. No wait. Plus the gentlemen that picked me up was so nice.

I enjoy working with Enterprise in general.  I usually rent from the location on Roselle Road. I did not really enjoy my service experience at this location.  

There are space constraints and the staff was on real edge.  I booked my car through Costco Travel.  There was no parking available when I went in to pick up the car and the staff gave me grief when I told them I was going to leave my personal  car overnight.  We were expecting some snow and I was told in no uncertain terms that my car could be locked in as they may need to park some additional cars behind it.

The agent also kept forcing me to buy insurance even after I told him twice that I did not need to buy any insurance and I would like to use my own insurance.  Felt like I was at a used car dealership.
