It could've been better. Parking lot was covered in ice and snow. Walkway was covered in ice and snow. A young lady was nice enough to come out to help my mom to the door, but if the sidewalk was cleared, we wouldn't of needed help. Car was dirty inside and it was snowing out, no windshield solvent.....etc. 😡

Phenomenal customer service. Had a driver drop me off after I dropped of the rental and he was very friendly. I will definitely be booking again next time I need a rental in the area.

Hard to believe this location is in business. A reservation means nothing to them & they are unapologetic about not having a car for me. Nor did they offer a resolution for me or my troubles. Their attitude about the whole thing was truly shocking. They told me there was nothing they could do & just to keep trying back with them. Seriously! I needed a rental car today, had a reservation for 3:30pm, Ubered over there, no car but just call us back later & see if we have one. No apology, no offer to get me a car & most importantly no concern or asking of how I would get back to where I came from. WARNING!!! Do not use this location if your depending on renting a car. They just don’t have any!! Oh & no they are not sorry for your dilemma & will not offer any solution or assistance because they don’t care & it’s not their problem. Should be renamed “Failureprise” !  Would give 0 stars but won’t post without at least 1 star.

I acquired a reservation through Hotwire for an airport rental.
The office was not at the airport!!! I was very unhappy because I would have to pay a cab
To get to the other office.
The manager drove me from the airport office to the other one. I will not trust Hotwire ever again!! Enterprise was wonderful and I thank the manager very much!!!
