No hassle...Very good experience!!! The staff is friendly, professional, and excellent with their communication skills.  I scheduled a pick up time, and my car and driver were there 5 minutes early which was perfect.  The paperwork was easy and everything was explained clearly.

The rental car was almost brand new, clean both inside and out, and we had reserved it for 1 week.  I ordered a mid size SUV and felt that the car was fairly priced.

I would definitely reserve, and have on previous visits, rented our cars from Enterprise  in Huntley, Illinois.  It is also easy to return the rental...no delays.

I've rented from here at least 6 times the past year. 
The staff is always friendly and very attentive -when it's you're turn.  Won't make eye contact til they're done with their current customer. It's nice to be acknowledged.
The interior of the cars are never cleaned past a quick vac. They have consistently substituted the specific requests I made and the last car I rented had parts missing, ran very badly and got 10 miles to a gallon - if was a Fiat econocar. They don't all seem to be well maintained vehicles. 
I'm going to try another location next time.
