We almost always use Enterprise.  We got a great car at a great price.  The rental agents were extremely helpful and took care of us right away. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because the first car they gave us wreaked of cigarette smoke. The second car they went to get as a replacement...wreaked of cigarette smoke. The third car was fine (leather smell-nice), and we got on our way, after quite the delay.  I know there is a 'penalty fee' for smoking in these cars but the rental agent said, "There is no way to enforce it."  If I ever decide to take up this life-destroying habit, it will be good to know.

Very friendly! Beautiful place. They have an area for kids to play so I was able to get a pedicure for the first time in years because I could take my kids and they were so sweet to them :)

This location has a crew of A+ associates, from the top down. Always willing to help and take time to work with you. Great deals too. Great organization. Only think I don't like- The gun free zone sign.

Terrible customer service.  Made a reservation, but when the day came the rep said she saw the reservation but we rented everything out and they didn't have anything available.  It was just like the Seinfeld episode.  They did not call in advance to let me know there was an issue, and they did not offer to help at all.  She just said "I guess you'll have to call another location."  Clearly poor management if the reps and processes are so broken.

I love the team at the St. Charles location off of 38.  I've been renting there for years and they are amazing.
