The 15 passenger van was SO EASY to drive.  Pick up and drop off was very easy.  The whole experience was positive.  My three complaints are:  you could not pay with cash at the drop off, the clerk there did not have a cash drawer! In order to use Sirius FM radio, there was a $40 charge that was disappointing.  Finally, the seats do not fold down, the head rests do not remove, so it was difficult to pack a bunch of stuff in between the seats, so using smaller boxes was needed.  All the important stuff was very well done.

I've been a customer for years.  Always an excellent experience.  No surprises or hidden fees. I'm a happy customer and will return there the next time I need a rental car.

Super friendly family feeling crew. It's rare to find a smiling face at a rental car agency these days so I appreciated their kindness and a nice supply of cars.

I originally was so grateful they rented a car to me without a credit card.
They have many hidden charges.  It was almost 400$ for a week and 3 days. .135 dollars in whatever excess charges I want aware of. .
I was told if I used the ipass I would just be billed for the toll price..little did I know it would be $21 and some change for 2 tolls! !! What the hell!!! They also charged me an extended fee bc I kept it longer then I originally thought I would need it..even tho I wasn't told that would happen. "Just call if you need it longer" nowhere did he say but it will cost you an extra charge.
I just feel had..I will be sticking with enterprise where there is a set rate..no hidden fees or outrageous ones at that!

I have been a customer at the location for years.  I have always received great customer service and Jay and Linda are wonderful people to deal with.  They have always been very helpful and friendly.  It has been a pleasure using this location, as compared to some other locations I have used.  As long as I need this type of service, I will always use this location.  I have referred several of my friends and associates to this location and they were very happy with the service as well.
