I will never look for another place to rent a car, unless Moe (manager) leaves and goes to another location. This man saved my family and I so much money and upgraded my original car to an SUV fully loaded, for a very good price. Did I mention I showed up 30 minutes late which was 30 minutes after closing time. When I told Moe I was going to be late he said do not worry just drive careful and I will see you when you get here. I thought to myself great now I'm going to get screwed on a good car and get charged an arm and leg....I WAS SO WRONG!! I got a better deal and a better car. Not once did he rush me into something, he took his time and explained everything in detail. I couldn't have asked for a better place! My company is now switching over to use them because I know we will get the best service and save lots of money. THANK YOU MOE!

Reserved a little meep meep car on line just to get around while my car was getting fixed. Showed up an hour later and there was no car in that category that was ready. Guy said If I bought the $60+ insurance he would upgrade me to one they had on hand. No thanks. More than I wanted to pay. Guy said if I wait around to closing he might get a little one in. Fearing that I would wait around and no little meep meep would come in and I would be at the mercy of this guy, I decided to go somewhere else.
At the counter I reserved a car at Enterprise using my phone. Got there 10 minutes later and they didn't have a meep meep either but they would gladly upgrade me to a F150 at no charge. 
I will only be using Enterprise in the future.

Moe, the manager at the Lake Zurich facility, does a great job. He communicates extremely well and delivers as promised. The car was there, it was clean, it was in great condition, and was priced as promised in the reservation. We have dealt with Moe numerous times and he does his best for you as a customer. I wish I could get this type of customer service in other businesses.
