We decided to rent a car for our trip out of town.  It was supposed to snow, so we wanted to get something that got around better than my light weight rear drive car.  Reserved a standard, which said Kia soul or similar.  The only car they had available was a Dodge Charger.  I am a big fan of the Charger, but it is not a Kia Soul or similar.  It is much nicer, but it is a light weight rear drive car.  It didn't get around much better than our car.  The person they sent to pick me up was even having difficulty getting around with it.

5 only because when I called to set up a time to come pick up my vehicle we said 10 am the next day. When I went to pick it up, they didnt have a vehicle ready for me so I had to go burn time for 2 hours before they called and said they had a vehicle. Otherwise they were great.

Claimed I damaged their car, stating they couldn't rent it out in the condition I returned it in (gap in the rear bumper), and that their agent would have noticed that damage when I picked it up.  I disputed the claim instantly, but gave them my insurance info.  Turns out, I have a before pic showing the damage existed.  Kept me on hold 20 minutes before I hung up trying to get the phone number for the damage recovery unit, because there is no way to email them the picture. Pic with the snow is at pickup.  You can even see the agent waiting for me to take a pic in the reflection of the gas cover.  Don't know who caused the damage, but you sure as hell aren't gonna pin it on me.

Great, friendly, helpful staff. My car, a Hyundai something or other, was OK but pretty bare bones compared to the car I drive which was in the shop. Unfortunately it wasn't that clean, either, and smelled like the former renter may not have heeded the no smoking sign. But it was fine for my purposes. I am a bus commuter anyway, so I only drove it once while it was in my possession. I would try them again for a future rental and I would spring for a little fancier car than the insurance company covered.

Enterprise normally has a vehicle ready, but each time I've rented from this location, it is not. My recent rental was scheduled at 730am. I did not get a vehicle until 858am with no choice of selection. My SUV did not have a seat height adjuster and sat low. I would have gladly taken a downgrade to a intermediate class with seat adjustments w/o complaints. Next, they need frebreeze or scented candles. Someone dropped a bomb and the whole place stunk. I had to go back home and change clothes since it got stuck on my clothes. Nasty!
