I always have an enjoyable renting experience with them. I normally use them at least once a year. Very good location. Always clean and dependable. Customer service is beyond amazing. One time I was running behind schedule and they had no problem with extending my time without an additional charge. It doesn't stop there you guys! I couldn't find anyone to take me to my car after returning the rental and they took me to my car. I always recommend enterprise simply because of this location.

I called and booked and the people were great.  They have giving me the vehicle size I needed.  I did have a small problem with the gas as I was told it was good on gas but it wasn't for my trip the gas cost me a lot for a short ways but the customer service was definitely 5*  I will keep renting from them i will just be more cautious and double check mpg before I take off.  Other than that great service at this location.

I have rented several cars from Enterprise. They are always clean and we'll maintained, and the customer service is always excellent.
Even when they are very busy each customer is given individual attention. Great job guys!!!!

After being in an accident that was no fault of my own the staff there have been very helpful and accommodating. 
Thank you so very much. 

However the office in Johnston Iowa is lacking the wonderful customer service skills the staff has at the SE 6th Street store in Des Moines has. 

The African American man took over without asking the young man that was helping me. He was rude to both of us and had no clue what was going on with my rental. Shame on him.
