I went to this Enterprise on the last business day before Christmas. They were extremely busy, yet efficient and courteous. I was very pleased with the customer service as well as the car that we received. Check in & return were both effortless. Will book here again if I need another rental car!

Very bad experience. I had a reservation at 1pm. They called me at 12:40pm to tell me that they would have to push the reservation to 3pm(i was already outside). Apparently they didn't have any cars. 

What's the purpose of a reservation if you don't "hold" the car. That's the most important part of the reservation.. The"holding". They know how to take a reservation, they just don't know how to hold the reservation - sienfield

Past 3pm they still didn't have any cars or call me, or apologize for thier mistake, i just went with AVIS.. Never coming here again.

I reserved a rental over the Thanksgiving holiday and I received a good car for a reasonable price. The car was ready for my scheduled arrival and I was in and out in an appropriate time. 
The rental return took a little longer only because it was the holiday. The staff was still polite and attentive.

My experience with Enterprise was wonderful and painless.  The vehicle we rented was very economical in price and gas mileage. We did not encounter any difficulty and the rental agents were great also. I would recommend Enterprise to anyone and plan to use them again in the future.

The customer service was the best. I did not have to wait long. They did not have the Truck there that I put in for online but once I told them what I needed the truck for they was able to provide me with another truck that was able to do the job. Awesome team they are! I will be definitely going back. The best thing ever is that they are open 7 days a week! Yes.....
