Rented a pick up truck for the day.  Kalvin D. put me in a brand new truck with only 200 miles on it.  Still had the new car smell!  Vehicle was super clean and perfect.  Kalvin got me in and out in less than 5 minutes.  Return was super easy and got my receipt via email.  This is my neighborhood Enterprise location and I love it!  If you go, see Kalvin, he'll take care of you!

Great service at pick up and drop off. had car problems with car I rented from Atlanta to Louisville. Picked up another car in Louisville and made it to my destination in Indiana. Lost valuable time and had stress from the car not driving correctly. Enterprise made it right and the manager of the Lilburn location was very professional and helpful. Enterprise is the only car rental service I will use. Thank you so much for great service!

My clients are very discerning and particular regarding how they are perceived including their mode of travel. I made a reservation for a particular vehicle which has always been provided by enterprise. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, I was informed that type vehicle was not available and was offered a different vehicle, which would not suit the clients need.  Assistant Branch Manager Andrew Buchanan recognized me from prior dealings and was aware of the clients I normally provide service for.  He took it upon himself to find a vehicle that met the requirements.  It took him some time but he was able to locate a vehicle and have it delivered in time for me to meet my obligation.  Mr. Buchanan went above and beyond in customer service. He should be recognized for his level of professionalism.

I enjoyed the great service I received from the entire staff at this location. Kaleb was especially helpful, seeing to my every request, no matter the size. Having a rental for 46 days due to auto repairs puts a strain on any renter, but I was set to ease from my first meeting Kaleb and his staff. Thank you for your great service and understanding.

Excellent customer service, online receipts make expense reports easy. Pickup at residence and return home is a added benefit.
