I never write reviews... but I feel compelled to warn others about the experience I had. I recently visited this location to pick up a car that I had paid for in advance. When I walked in, there was already an argument taking place between a customer and the two employees. I quickly learned that there were no cars to rent.

It's downright shocking how argumentative and disrespectful the employees were at this location. They refused to apologize to anyone and essentially treated the situation like it was the customer's fault. The attitude of the customer service representatives had a similar air when I called to request a refund (they'll keep your money for up to SEVEN business days, by the way).

This was my first experience with Avis and I will NEVER use this company again. I'd rather pay a few dollars more and go to Enterprise or Budget where the employees at least act like they care.

Great service. First car they gave me reeked of cigarette smoke, so they swapped it out for a different, better car. I appreciated their willingness to make it right for me.

I was recently in a car accident and needed a rental car fast!  With my being stuck having to pay for rental out of pocket, the very friendly and courteous staff at this location made sure I was taken care of right away and offered the best price to fit my budget.  Just days before Thanksgiving, I thought I wouldn't be able to get a car anywhere, but that's where Avis saved the day!  Thank you Avis (Lilburn location) for making it an easy and stresses transition while I waited for my car to be repaired. You're the best!

Very nice facility its clean and very well put together they have hand sanitizes on the desk for customers to use and a list put together of frequently asked questions like age requirements and the amount needed for an additional driver(s). The staff that was there at the time of my visit they were polite I got a greeting coming in and goodbyes when leaving.

I had an issue with my vehicle that I got which makes me wonder if they checked it before they received it from the previous driver. It was a waste of time after realizing I didn't feel comfortable driving the vehicle I was in and I had to drive back to ask for a different vehicle. However they solved my issue with no hassle and I was on my way. Not the best experience, it was okay.
