The staff are always pleasant and eager to assist customers. I love renting from this location  for that reason alone. There is nothing like great customer service. The cars are always  clean well maintained. I have never had a bad experience here and I have been renting here for years.

Staff is extremely friendly and with this particular Enterprise near my home, they treat me as family.  My rental is usually every other month.  Only issues which I may have is that some of the cars are somewhat dirty.  Wish they were just a bit more tidy.   Rates are comparable to the competition.  What's pushes them up to five stars with me is the extremely friendly staff.  Good job N. Lawrenceville Enterprise.

Initially could not contact the location directly. 
The answering service told me that the location did not have any cars available.   Made arrangements for a rental car at another location.   But this location was too far from the dealership to transport me.  Was going to have to go to another dealership. 

Tried calling back to the original location. 
This time I was able to get through and was told that there was a car available. 

So it all worked out in the end, but it took some extra effort on my part.

I feel that my experience was wonderful and the guy was  very friendly and made sure I felt great before I left the lot.The Suv was immaculate..we enjoyed.see u soon👍😃

They are awesome!! The customer service was great.  The company cares about people.  My car was totaled. I rented a car from the Scenic Hwy location. About 8 days later  I  received a call from Jerrell Abram  who works at the sales center. He said he would help me get another car. He sent me the link to the application. I told him I wasn't ready to buy but I would let him know when I was ready. He said ok, he would be there for me when I was ready!( No strong arm sales tactics) My daughter went to extend the rental and Ms. Demitra asked if I was looking to buy a car yet? She said that she worked with a sales guy named Jerrell,  he helped her find a car and it was a great deal. I started shopping around on the Internet comparing prices. To my suprise Enterprise car sales prices were 2 to 4 thousand dollars cheaper and the had less miles than the ones at the dealership!!! I called Jerrell on Thursday morning , he resent the link, I did the application.  I told him what I wanted, and where i needed my payments to be.  He called back that afternoon and said I was approved, that he found the car and the color is wanted with the price I asked for!! Stacey(at the sales center)the finance manaager was great also!! He searched to get me a great deal for gap coverage.  The complete journey with Enterprise  was awesome! This team of people are one of Gwinnett best kept secret!!  These group of  people  need to be known to everyone!! Don't pass up the rare art of Quality Customer service. GO TO ENTERPRISE RENTAL(SCENIC highway  AND CAR SALES (Satellite Blvd Duluth).YOU WON'T REGRET IT!!!!
