Excellent customer service, they look out for all of their customers. The value longevity on regular customers and treat everyone with respect. The representative Onya is wonderful and the owner Caring is very caring and kind. They will do upgrades if possible to wizard members. I will not rent from anywhere else if I can help it. Thank you Conyers AVIS for all of your kindness during some hard times and excellent customer service!

Excellent Customer Service but I think Avis Corporate is screwing this location because 4 days out from when I tried to make a much needed reservation online, it said that they were sold out. It is just hard for me to believe that they were sold out and cannot get any cars.

Do not go here unless you are extremely desperate. The service and vehicle was horrible. I got to the location early for my reservation and no vehicle was available. After waiting 45 minutes for a vehicle she decided to ask another location to provide me with a vehicle. She didn’t care if I received the size I reserved. Then instructed me that I had to go get the vehicle from the other location. The other location charge me over $40 for a daily rate instead of the daily rate I reserved. When I received the car the change engine light was on and the car was dirty. I complain about it the service rep and they basically said don’t worry about it. Once on the interstate I heard loud air noise from the outside. I checked all the windows and doors and nothing was open.  When I return the vehicle they didn’t even care about my horrible experience. If you want Quality go somewhere else.

I have been loyal customer of this franchise for almost 4 years. During this time I have found Craig and his staff to be friendly, professional and responsive to my travel requirements.
