Maybe the best Budget in this area. Customer Service is great. So much so that I am considering driving past other locations that are nearby to go to this one. I don't need the headache of bad service. The manager (I can't recall her name) was the best...Understanding and friendly.  I'd highly recommend this location.

I would like to say Thank You Again to Tonesha Sibley and the Budget Car rental Staff for being a tremendous help when I came in on November 23 2016. Ms.Tonesha Sibley was so patient and very understanding of my needs and such a big help to me. I would definitely recommend this location to family in friends Happy Holidays To You All😀

Worst. Experience. Ever.  Even with a reservation I spent three hours at the Lithonia location. Have a credit card? Make sure you have $500 or more on the card. First I waited 2 hours for someone to return the car. Then another hour with paperwork. Save yourself the headache
