So my car is out of commission due to flooding. I have rental coverage through my insurance company, but as you can imagine, the past week has been quite the car-related headache. 

My insurance directed me toward Enterprise here in Portsmouth to pick up a rental while my car is being repaired, and I can't say I've had a more positive and painless experience with anything car related. There was only one guy in there. Josh, who, despite being the only one, provided fast and efficient service without trouble. He quickly took down my information and gave me many different options as far as which car to chose from. I was in and out of there in 10 minutes, with a nice car to hold me over for the next few days. Thanks Josh!

Awesome awesome customer service. Joshua Bialeschki Was a big help. Gave me a beautiful vechile and worked to accomedate me throughout my two week rental. Loved the 18' Colorado.
