Absolutely the best place for a rental i reserve my vehicle and i never have a problem when i pick my vehicle up i always get a car thats good on gas and always clean and available chesapeake. Western branch blvd is the absolute best

My church (Grove Baptist) is a Corporate Sponsor of the Western Branch location. My Pastor and several members constantly rent cars from this location ( managed by Ms.Lisa). Ms. Lisa, always have maintained a professional and caring attitude and do all she can to assist you. I have rented from her store on several occasions with no problem and scheduled to pick up a vehicle this week. With every business, I'm sure everybody want always be completely happy for whatever reason. Whatever their reason might be, it's not fair to give a trashy report, to hurt a business,unless you have proven this business to be thieves. Over the years, I've found the Western Branch Avis Store to be honest and fair

I needed an SUV and the only car available was a sedan. The agent contacted a second location and provided information so I could exchange vehicles. The agent at the second location was extremely helpful. I was running late, arrived @ 3:55 and the location closed at 4:00. I called ahead and said I was running late, he assured me that it would not be a problem. The vehicle was ready, I did not need to go into the office and he transferred all of my luggage. The return process was very pleasant as well. The discrepancy on my bill was cleared up immediately by the owner/agent. It was a pleasant experience and I will definitely use this location for my future rentals.

For the second time this branch has taken a reservation and prepayment and have not been able to get a car. Stay away from using them. Sorry doesn't help me honoring an agreement does.
