I would say there needs to be a sign directing customers to where you would go to pick up the rental car. It was confusing for it being my first time. The attendant was nice however, I had received a coupon for an upgrade with my reservation but could not use it due to there were no cars available which was not good considering I had an economy car. However, I had to make a work trip and took the economy car. It was clean and it did the job. Upon returning, it was again confusing. When I drove in the garage, a guy stated to take. picture of the mileage and gas and walk to the terminal. I had someone follow me so I had to drive all away around. The check out process was not so bad. I wanted details on the toll fees and did not get a clear understanding and was told it would show up in another bill later. 🤷🏾‍♀️

Everything was fine until i got a message alert stating they charged me for an extra 5 days of service. Cost me $600 and they told me i have to wait back 5 business days to get an update on my claim.

Customer service was PISS POOR. This experience took the LONGEST time it's ever taken to rent a car. My father and I were in and out of the building several times getting different information both times. Instead of explaining the process to me, the clerk gave me as little information as possible before trying to charge me for extra items. Once I actually received the car keys, my father tried to pull it out of the car for me. He returned without the car, handed me the keys and told me that the attendant said that something was wrong with the car. When I went to the desk, the clerk told me that I'd have to be charged $13/day (I was renting for 5 days) to add my dad as a driver... just to pull it out of the garage... the clerk told me that after her "speech" she'd get in trouble if she rented the car out to me without charging me. I called costumer service and received yet another run around. We explained the situation and the even the representative agreed that they garage attendee could have explained that he cannot pull the car out and he could have parked it without getting the extra charge. When we told them that it wasn't about the money but about the experience that we had, the man on the phone told us in order to remove the extra charge, I needed to get the car, cancel it the current reservation, make another reservation and THEN he'd refund me 48 hours after my trip... For an estimated total of $900 charged to my card. When I asked to speak with a superior, it was THEN that I received the information that I wanted and said that he would be able to remove the additional driver charge without making another reservation when I return my car. It seemed that Budget didn't appreciate my discount that I received online for the reservation and tried to scam me and my father for as much money as they could get.

Terrible customer service!! My wife says I shouldn't complain but maybe if I do someone else may learn from my big mistake. I've never had any trouble with any Budget location except this one! The staff is always too busy playing on their cell phones to help you when you go in. Plus they charge you weekly rates even if you keep a car less days. When you call to question why they explain the daily rate is a higher amount and they did you a favor by charging you the weekly rate. Make sure they don't charge you for things you don't want either. The contract you sign doesn't detail the charges and once they have your signature and initials, it's game over. Those sneaky little fees will bite you in the butt! An don't bother asking for a manager they're never there and mysteriously work the opposite shift as the time you call....every single time. I will never rent from them or Avis again, since they appear to be linked. They lost a frequent flyer since our family is several hundred miles away and we rent every other month in order to to visit. Would have been better off flying 😋 life lesson learned....don't bid on Priceline for a Budget car because that lovely daily winning bid is no where near what you'll actually pay! Kudos to you Miss Christina and Matt, you suck. Your attitude and gratitude will be paid in kind. 💕 just a little miffed ex-customer
