So relieved.  I booked through an *ahem* "third party service" and thought I was screwed.  I couldn't adjust my times or extend my days.  My flight changed first then was delayed, so I had to pick up my car about 12 hours late.  But the Budget customer service was TOTALLY helpful.  They were super nice and assured me they would hold my car.  They didn't hit me with any unexpected fees. They just changed my time and handed me the keys to a lovely new Hyundai Accent.  Very happy with this company.

minute line at Phoenix Airport at 11:00 a.m.; none of the other places had a line.  I tried to cancel by phone and rep would not budge from $150 cancellation fee because we were informed in the "fine print" of the cancellation fee.  Well, the fine print said nothing about us agreeing to wait in line for 90 minutes to get the car, therefore, we were not given the car at the time agreed upon.  We went next door to Thrifty and were driving away in 10 minutes for less than the Budget rate.  I will take this up with our CC company, as well as anyone else who will listen.  See photo of line below...oh, and it snakes around like a Disney ride, so it is actually longer than it appears.  I can see from other reviews that this was not an isolated occurrence...BEWARE!!!  Oh, and a woman whose husband had been in line for over an hour, when the line was much shorter, said they now were telling him they were "waiting" for his car to arrive.  No idea from where.  Also, every attendant station was manned, so don't think that maybe the line might have started moving faster.

Had a super experience.   A couple things went wrong but were handled so well.  We landed at the airport super late...1am.  The rental line was super long and the guy at the booth flew through the people...that long line ended up moving so quickly!  Then at drop off I forgot  my tote (with my tablet, prescription  sunglasses, check book, marathon race bible inside) in the back seat.  I filled out a report on line and a week later was told it was found.  They packed it up nice even bubble wrapped my tablet and glasses. Texted me the tracking number and mailed it back. Kudos Budget!!!

My girlfriend lost her wallet in the car. We discovered this after we returned it so we returned a few hours later and it was nowhere to be found in the car. We feared the worst and asked all the managers and checked all the lost and founds, no luck.  Then today 2 days after the incident I received a call informing me that the wallet was found and all of the cash was still inside it.    Thank you whoever turned it in and well done Budget for hiring good people in a nice city (Phoenix).

The wait was to the main doors.  Talk about a waist of a day.....

We had to stand in line to get a car longer than our flight.  Please try your best not to book with them.  Getting reservations does NOT save you any time what so ever.  Please do yourself as a customer reading this a favor, USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY!!!
