The reps at this location were great. Ben B. was amazing to work with. Unfortunately when we picked up our vehicle, it was nasty. Someone had thrown up in & outside of it. The front passenger's seat still had spatters & it was on the outside too. They only had one person that seemed to be cleaning the vehicles so in the interest of time since there were so many people waiting to take their cars after being cleaned, we left & I took the truck through the car wash. When we got home to load up, we cleaned ALL of the touchable surfaces with Clorox wipes. There was no way that I was willing to put my kids in that SUV in that condition. I would have had them wash the entire vehicle but there were too many people waiting & we needed to get on the road by a certain time. I was very disappointed.

Off airport location (Sky Harbor, Phoenix).  Be prepared to Uber or Taxi to/from the airport, the car rental folks won't pick you up.  But the car rental price is way better than the airport location.  So if you're on a budget, check it out.  If you have a Costco membership, you can get a 2nd driver for free by showing your card, so take it with you.   Saves about $11 a day.  Worth it!!!  All the folks working here were nice.  We had a pleasant transaction.

We rented off airport for a week and a half trip and had a great experience.  The trip from the airport was easy via cab ($15 minimum). The staff handle things quickly and efficiently and we were on our way quickly.  The car performed perfectly.

I needed a car in a jam and I picked it up from the 7th street location and dropped it off at the Bell location.  Both teams were extremely professional, very nice and accommodating beyond measure.  If this is Enterprises culture I am extremely impressed.  I was a needy customer who kept extending the length of rental and I misinterpreted the details of the contract. EVERYONE involved was awesome and will rent again from them for sure...except be a smarter customer next time.
