We will never rent a car from Fox again. We did it because we needed a vehicle to carry 6 people for a few days and Fox was the cheapest. Big mistake...you simply get what you pay for... in this case we got a beat up vehicle that reeked of cigarette smoke. They did not care that it smelled.. we took it back a day early because we were sick of the smell. Since we returned a day early they tacked on a $20. early return penalty. The car had 60,000 miles on it but it looked like it had a lot more than that...very disappointing. Never again.

Longest wait I’ve ever experienced. Not because the line was long, but because it takes so long at the counter. Most people had problems. My counter Time was shorter. The employee I worked with was nice, but others behind the desk were rolling their eyes, arguing, and sighing when customers left. And there are “hidden fees” that greatly increased the cost of rental. Their offered insurance add ins are higher than I’ve paid at other companies. Also,  $150 deposit was ridiculous. I would not recommend Fox to anyone.

The line to pick up the rental was more than 40 min. The process of renting is long and annoying. They charge additional $150???? Why??? Which they return when you return the car. But why do they need to charge these extra $150 when they have my credit card on record?! They don't even have the email address passed. They kept trying to push extra insurance, but I was able to rent without it. There's a misleading type of Jeep, when in fact was a SUV Santa Fe, which is not at all the same. I want to be able to reserve a Jeep and get a Jeep. I don't care to drive a Santa Fe. Lastly, even when returning the car there was a line.

Second time I've rented from this company. First time the car was a total crash bucket. Unsafe and unclean. Brakes pulsed and went right to the floor. Radio didn't work. 

We made a reservation for a Mercedes CLA but they "lost my reservation" and told me all they had was a Ford Explorer which was 82 more! It was dirty, scratched up and again the brakes shook the entire car. When I returned, I told the guy looking it over and he said "Oh well, you're back now".

NEVER again will I rent from this company. Spend the extra money and get a good, clean car!

Top Notch. I came in the same weekend of the Phoenix Open so everything was bust.  I had my car in less than ten minutes with no surprises.  Returning it was a breeze. I have no idea why there are so many bad reviews for these guys. I have always gone to Fox when given the option.
