This was a great experience from start to finish.  It was easy to book online.  The gentleman who helped us with picking up our vehicle was very friendly, professional,  and helpful.  It was relatively inexpensive to upgrade our vehicle.  Drop off was a breeze.  The only thing I found challenging was trying to speak to someone in person to adjust our pickup time.  Even that turned out fine. Once I did get hold of someone on the phone, even though it wasn't that person's specific job, they handled it and we had no problems at all.  I would absolutely recommend Sixt and will be happy to use them in the future.

Great service here in Phoenix branch. I had a request for a vehicle exchange and they did it no questions asked. I also even forgot to give the key to the first car back. I returned it several hours later after realizing I still had it. They didn't even call me to ask for it. They said they were going to call the next morning in case I was asleep! They said they didn't want to wake me up. I would use them again for sure! Highly recommended!

Good prices and good service. Best rental vehicle I have ever rented.. It was brand new (only 15 miles) with leather seats, navigation and satellite radio. We didn't even pay for the upgrade!

The check in was faster than any other rental agency (they have all of my info on record). The car was excellent. The return took 10 seconds. Couldn't ask for more . And the prices was about the same as other rental companies, but for a much better car.

What a great company!  My experiences have been amazing since I started using Sixt in 2013.   When I travel, I spend all day long being treated like cattle by the airlines, but once I arrive at Sixt, they treat me like royalty.
