I encountered 3 major issues while renting from this location:

1. The service rep automatically opted me in for all insurance options without asking for my permission.  I only caught this because the initial amount he was trying to charge me on the credit card machine was $400 above my reservation agreement.

2. We rented a subcompact because it would be cheaper on gas and easier to park.  However they assigned us a Chevy Equinox because that was the only car on lot.  We did noticed the long queue of cars in the return section that they haven't processed.

3. The rental only had 1/8 tank of gas left in it.  We asked if they can fill it up before we take it and the rep flat out refused because they were "about to close."  This is just bad customer service.  We ended up filling the car up full right after we drive off the lot.  A week later we ended up returning the car at 3/8.  Enterprise gets to keep the extra gas, no refund for us.

Overall the rental car itself was nice.  However this branch seem understaffed.  Both times that I've visited they had long line of customer waiting.

What a great experience!  The guys that work are super nice!  We saved about $100 by renting here versus the airport and had a minimal wait picking up and dropping off.  It's an easy Uber ride to/from the airport.  I'd definitely rent here again.  Thanks!

I have been renting from this location for the past 10 years. I can't say enough about the amazing staff and great service they provide their clients. There is usually some staff that remember me from previous years .  I never hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. 
Enterprise are very fortunate to have such amazing employees.

Excellent customer service in person and on phones. Fair pricing and good selection for non-airport lot. Only knock, and this goes for all car rental places, is that it is much more difficult to rent a car without a credit card. 

Debit card requires a larger deposit, proof of residence matching your DL, and bars you from renting premium vehicles - like a pick up truck. If you are a local, you can't rent at the airport at all without a cc. Couldn't even put cash down as a deposit. Just another small example of how less wealthy people, even those with exemplary driving records and insurance can have their opportunities/access limited. No doubt there are some understandable business reasons (rotten apple spoils barrel), but it sure is easy to exclude a large part of society from certain aspects of the economy.
