Staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area.  I booked the Manager's Choice and was pleased when they looked ahead at the weather and gave me an appropriate vehicle.  Highly recommend this office.

I had a rental here paid for by my insurance company. Several days went by before there was a car available. When they said they had one, I showed up and still had to wait an hour. Then I got in and turned it on and the check oil and check tire light were on. The guy checking the car out said, "It's been in the shop all day and they forgot to clear the light!" Next morning I get to work and it's got a flat tire. I called right away in the morning and..at the end of my work day I have to call again (they promised they would get right back to me but never did)  and then wait an extra hour and a half for emergency service who put on a donut. 
I could go on and on but suffice it to say they basically never did anything at all that they said they would, and to top it off they've charged me for the flat tire or something...of course, I'm waiting to find out which screw-up that was and having to spend tons of time chasing down their mistakes despite their promises it would all be taken care of. Avoid this understaffed office if at all possible. I won't use Enterprise again if I have any other option at all.

Super fast service.. the car was ready up on my arrival didn’t have to wait👍. Friendly staff. We got a call from them to Let me know on insurance updates, very satisfied with everything.

We received an upgrade on our rental for our wedding weekend which was a nice surprise after our car broke down the day before.  Matthew at this location was extremely helpful and patient as I called on several different occasions to extend my rental reservation out until our car repairs were complete.  He was very kind in explaining the options and made everything very easy.  He also gave me a ride over to the car repair shop so I could pick up my vehicle after I returned the rental.  All the staff here are extremely kind and helpful.  We will rent here again!

I have rented many cars over the years at Enterprise (as well as the other major rental companies).  Enterprise's prices are always highly competitive, and the staff is extremely helpful, amazingly friendly, and very professional.  I just rented a car last week and received the normal outstanding service I have come to appreciate at Enterprise.  It's a pleasure doing business with Enterprise.
