The staff is very friendly. I don't rent often, but when I do it's mostly the Weekend Special. Place can get busy very quick, so having to wait longer than expected is not uncommon. Sometimes the car hasn't been available on time. Also, they make you jump through hoops to rent if you use a debit card, which I understand, but it's a bit of a pain if you are loyalty member. They ask for utility bill, make you fill out an application manually asking for references and employer. They should ask for this on the website when you make the reservation go faster when you arrive to pick up the car. So use a credit card to avoid the hassle. Other than that, I enjoy renting here and will continue to do so.

this place has an amazing staff, management is great. Jesus and another sweet manager from Puerto Rico, they are really all terrific. Unfortunately they have bad hours, no Sundays  no drop box and most of all no where to drop off on Sundays. I feel we should not have to pay more because of that. I live in the community where they are. I had to take a van, no other working car that weekend. I got home from seeing my sick sister and had no where to leave the van. I went to site and parked in front of the  store and put a sign that it belonged to enterprise. The car was towed, and I had to pay the extra day until Monday, and the tow. Since then I have written, begged, written again with not one response from the upper management to help me out with the tow money. I have since then rented again and need to rent next month because my baby sister is sick. All i am asking is  for some credit, does not have to be $$, could be in points towards another rental. So i have no choice but to get the van, my economy car was making a noise. I pay double the amount of gas then an economy car, have to pay the tow and no one wants to help me out. Does anyone know who to write too?

This enterprise location is very well managed.  The staff is efficient and friendly.  We have a rental car company across the street from us,  but prefer to drive a little further to use this enterprise location instead.

Don't waste your time calling. No one picks up the phone. I called from 12pm to 6pm. I'm still waiting for a call back.
