I have rented at this location a few times and so far their customer service has been good. If I go to a hertz I rather go to this location that's located in the Ford auto dealership. I've been to other Hertz and it was horrible and everyone had an attitude , so it made me hesitate to go to this location but so far, everyone has been fantastic.

Great service. I was upgraded to a full size car when they ran out of the compact I reserved for the same price. Also, extending my contract for a few more days was a breeze.

Although Hertz ran out of SUVs they were able to rectify the problem by ordering a Lyft to the next closest Hertz and assist me in getting what I ordered at the price I ordered. No complaints whatsoever. Everything went as smooth as expected.

I have rented from this Hertz location for years and never have I had a bad experience. Staff always very helpful and provide professional courteous service with a clean vehicle each time. Hernon the manager and Federico are great and I highly recommend this location to anyone who is looking for a rental car.
