Terrible experience. Reserved my rental in advance over the phone. I was 20 at the time and I let the representative know repeatedly over the phone that I will not be 21 until 2 days after I get the rental. He kept saying there was no problem. So he got me a quote and I had a confirmation number. As soon as I get to the rental services the representative, who was extremely rude, said that I could not rent, so my partner had to get the rental under his name for an outrageous price. I asked the representative at the location why did the representative over the phone continue the process if I was not of age and he replied "oh, i don't know" very unprofessional. After my partner and I decided we had no other choice and we needed a rental for our trip. We left. After sitting in the car shocked, I decided to call customer service over the phone and the representative was extremely helpful and provided me with options that the representative inside the airport did not even bother going over. We also asked the representative inside if we could pay in split payments and he said yes. Of course after returning the rental, they automatically charged it to my partners credit card. No one explains anything there and they give very bad attitude.  Above all, the customer service was terrible except for the rep over the phone. As a sales and customer service representative myself the entire experience was unprofessional.

Best rental experience I've had. Easy to find, no shuttle and they didn't use high pressure to sell upgrades or insurance. I did buy an upgrade after realizing we needed a larger vehicle.

The entire process from booking to return was easy and painless. I arrived at the counter around 1am. There were two people in line. It took about 15 minutes. The person at the counter was very helpful. He didn't pressure me with any add-ons or up-selling. Upon return, there was an agent waiting even though it was 5 am. After I boarded my flight, I realized that I left my wallet in the car. I contacted Avis via phone and email. Although my wallet has yet to be found, the agents were still polite and professional.

I was very satisfied with my rate and my vehicle.

Not a good place to rent a car. They have ZERO customer service. We prepaid for our rental online. When we arrived there was 1 person in line and 2 at the counter being attended. It literally took 30 minutes for them to finish with the two people at the counter!! While we waited we complained to a manager who clearly didn't give a cr@p!! (It feels like a Wal-Mart, 20 registers and only 2 people working) Meanwhile the line behind us grew to over 20 people who were also very unhappy with the wait and lack of service. Next time I'll stick to my regular car rental company, ALAMO!!! They have excellent service and allow ALL customers to check in online and bypass the counter!! You're in and out in no time.

My preferred car was not ready when I got there.  Service was friendly though, and they quickly got me a car at the counter.  There were no line, and they had the car I had booked. 

The car had some problems with the windows, but not enough for me to wanna exchange it.

Upon delivery I had to go to the counter again, as they had entered a higher milage upon departure than when I delivered it.  

On the plus side it is the first place I've rented a car in the US and it had a clean interior windshield.
