This was my first and will not be my last time renting from here.  The staff here was very professional and helpful, a lot better than enterprise.  I forgot the name of the young lady that assisted me, I think the first letter of her name starts with a T, but she was by far the best!

I have used Alamo several times last year & each time I was thoroughly  pleased with the services. I was always greeted with courtesy & treated respectfully. I've never had to wait a long time in comparison to other rental companies.I will definitely continue to use this company. Fantastic job guys!!!!!

Kudos to Pauline and the rest of her staff in the Fayetteville NC area ! I had an issue with my rental and Pauline worked diligently to make sure that the issue was resolved. I was very impressed with the concerns the other staff showed me in my time of need. They were truly AWESOME. I'm a regular renter and will continue to be one .

i recently rented a car to travel to a family reunion.  The staff went above and beyond to make it a great experience.  The reason for only 4 stars? 
The computer system bites!  How can employees do their job if the equipment they have works intermittently? The system crashed the day I picked up the car and again when I returned it! It caused glitches in paying for the rental.  So note to Alamo UPGRADE YOU EQUIPMENT!

Great customer service! Picking up and dropping off the rental was a breeze! I usually use enterprise ,but from now on I will stick with you guys! Keep up the great work!
